Producers

  • One-stop standard or bespoke compliance solutions
  • Member workshops, guidance, seminars, focus groups and meetings
  • A member’s pack giving step-by-step instructions on ongoing compliance
  • Access to a dedicated members only website area providing regular updates, guidance notes and essential compliance information
  • Ongoing access to a secure, user-friendly member page to provide ongoing EEE, batteries and packaging data and other information updates
  • Member Registration with the Environment Agency plus notification of your producer registration number, obligations and UK market share
  • Annual confirmation of compliance with your producer obligations
  • The provision of regular information on WEEE, batteries or packaging collected, cost updates and forecasts

Local Authorities/Local Authority Site Operators

  • Access to a tailored PR fund for partner sites for local promotional activity to stimulate takeback of WEEE and batteries and maximise separate collection
  • Uses your current approved reuse partners, transport and treatment partners unless otherwise requested
  • Contracts for a mutually acceptable time period
