If you sell electrical products directly to the consumer, for instance through your website or a company operated store, you are regarded as a Distributor and must provide information about WEEE recycling.

This information must be provided even if you have joined the Distributor Take-Back Scheme (DTS).

From January 2021, Distributors that sell more than £100,000 of electrical items per annum and have at least one physical store cannot join the DTS and need to offer in store take back.

Get in touch with REPIC to discuss your requirements. Raise an enquiry here.
