Terms and conditions of a photo contest to ensure fairness, clarity, and legal compliance:
Eligibility: The contest is open to participants of the REPIC Two Decade Tour, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of REPIC and their immediate family members are eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The contest will begin on 13th June at 1:00pm and end on 21st June at 5:00pm. All entries must be received by the specified deadline
Entry Requirements:
Ownership and Usage Rights: By entering the contest, participants grant REPIC and its agencies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted photographs in connection with the contest and for promotional purposes.
Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged based on [Specify Criteria, e.g., creativity, composition, adherence to theme, etc.]. The decisions of the judges are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner per day will be selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be notified on the same day as their winning entry is submitted.
Prizes: The winner will receive a £50 gift card from Marks and Spencers. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to allow REPIC to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize.
General Conditions: REPIC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. REPIC also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless REPIC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the contest or acceptance and use/misuse of the prize.
Governing Law: The contest and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By entering the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
