Graeme Milne, Chief Executive of REPIC, has been elected to the board of the WEEE Forum, an International Association of Electronic Waste Producer Responsibility Organisations, for a four year term.
The WEEE Forum is made up of 53 waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). producer responsibility organisations from across the globe.
Graeme’s role on the WEEE Forum board will ensure that REPIC continues to be at the forefront of operational and legislative expertise, benefitting its producer members and partnered local authorities, whilst working together with WEEE Forum partners to deliver best practice WEEE recycling across Europe and beyond.
Commenting on his election, REPIC’s Chief Executive, added: “I am very honoured to be appointed to the board of the WEEE Forum; a hugely well-respected and esteemed international organisation at the heart of our industry sector.
“This opportunity allows REPIC to continue contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in the recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment internationally. I look forward to collaborating with my fellow board members to further enhance our industry’s reach, compliance and operational standards.”

The new WEEE Forum board was elected by members on the first day of the organisation’s General Assembly in Luxembourg on 29th May 2024, hosted by Ecotrel ASBL. Graeme is joined on the board by Valentin Negoita, Joseph Attard, Natalie Yserd, Eric Dewaet, Pedro Nazareth, Andreu Vilà, Giorgio Arienti and Jan Vlak, who remains the WEEE Forum president.
