Our WEEE compliance services

REPIC’s approved WEEE compliance scheme provides high quality, cost effective, market leading compliance services to B2C and B2B producers. As an approved WEEE compliance scheme, REPIC finances the collection and treatment of end of life electrical and electronic products on behalf of producer members to help them comply with their regulatory obligations cost effectively in the UK.

REPIC works closely with local authorities, retailers, distributors and authorised and approved treatment facilities to give members peace of mind that all waste is properly transported, handled and processed with clear auditable routes. REPIC’s bespoke WEEE management system maintains cradle to grave tracking, offering a quality assured service to all our scheme members.

REPIC operates on a not for profit cost recovery basis ensuring that all scheme members are treated equally, whether large or small, and therefore only pay the true cost of compliance.

Producers comprise the majority of REPIC’s board of directors so have a direct say in what we do and how we do it.

On behalf of the producers, REPIC has built strong affiliations with many organisations in the producer responsibility sector and provides a voice for our members to engage with UK Government and industry stakeholders, which enables our members to have a say on the issues of today that will impact producer responsibility tomorrow.

REPIC provides a range of essential services to its producer compliance scheme members, including:

  • Direct access to the full REPIC team, enabling you to obtain advice directly from our compliance, environmental, finance, operations and reporting specialists
  • A comprehensive member’s pack
  • Guidance on reporting your data and helping you understand the impact any changes in your business may have on your producer responsibility obligations
